My paycheck comes in around 5-6 days because of new years.. during those days i basically will eat pretty much nothing, i think i have some ground beef and rice left, but it will be gone soon. Then you're fine. Just treat it as a 5 day fast. You will lose very little muscle but be noticably leaner at the end if you do it right. Drink water, get some salt and eat absolutely nothing between your last meal before the fast and your first meal after the fast. The first meal after the fast should be small and low carb
