How much muscle can you lose if you don't eat for 5 days straight? I fricked up and i got no money left. My paycheck comes in around 5-6 days because of new years.. during those days i basically will eat pretty much nothing, i think i have some ground beef and rice left, but it will be gone soon. So, what should i expect?

    A bag of rice or oatmeal is cheap as frick, if you buy from the right places.
    Good protein sources are a bit more expensive, but you can usually get eggs or pork meat pretty fricking cheap. Add those two together, and congratulations you are eating better than the average medieval peasant did for his whole life while toiling away in the fields with heavy physical labour.

    Spread the beef and rice out over the 5 days so that you always have enough protein. Also buy a gallon of milk or a few lb of dry beans if you have the money. Those are basically your best bet for protein per dollar.

          Then you're fine. Just treat it as a 5 day fast. You will lose very little muscle but be noticably leaner at the end if you do it right. Drink water, get some salt and eat absolutely nothing between your last meal before the fast and your first meal after the fast. The first meal after the fast should be small and low carb

          I hope you guys are right, i just hit a 100kg bench recently and i don't want to lose my gains.

            Depending on how much muscle you have you might lose a little but it will be less than if you just did a normal cut for the same amount of fat
