    a big difference

Not only for belly fat and abs, but, assuming you lift, your arms and shoulders will look lean and muscular, back too.

But you will look smaller in a shirt, no doubt.

A ton. I went back to the gym 3 weeks ago after a year off. I did keto for like 2 weeks before going which made me lose a shit ton of water weight and shit. I have never been smaller, but everyone says i look ripped and i actually get compliments. Body fat is the most important thing looks wise

Somewhat of a difference. Make sure you poop 3-4 times a day and sauté your steak in the toilet. Heat the water to 300 degrees in the toilet.

it's sealed in the toilet, dummy. the steam is trapped in there, and you continue to turn up the heat.
