I do 3 scoops mixed in with bowls of oatmeal per day. Whey being a bad source of protein is a meme, it's honestly one of the best.
Unless you're on drugs and need a lot of protein to catch up with all the extra training and gains that the drugs facilitate, there is no reason to set your target higher than what you can get from food. Human physiology is pretty well adapted to needing as much as is appropriate for how much you are training.
I think 2g per pound is excessive. Mayne on a cut.
Being able to dunk down a chicken breasts worth of calories minutes after working out is just convenient. There is ample evidence and anecdotal knowledge that the metabolic window is a thing.

Out in public? No that what be too slutty for them. In doors? Yes plenty of times. My favorite is when they start talking about themselves wanting to work out more, asking me about my workouts then muscle feeling. Its qt when they feel my forearm and amazed at how hard it gets and how it dwarfs theres. Just wish my biceps got as hard as my forearms do.

I chug it in one go from the blender while I'm doing curls
For some reason I am able to drink it better while I'm doing curls
Otherwise it's too rich and I put it in the fridge and forget about it until the next day.
I always rotate between chicken, fish and beef, rarely go vegetarian

Why the fuck are you guys consuming more than one scoop a day? You can literally get so much fucking protein from chicken, eggs, fish, milk, tofu, peanut butter, and more. A pound of chicken breasts has at least 100g of protein. Yes, protein powder makes things convenient, but you won't be getting essential vitamins and minerals with only protein powder. There's more to a diet than just adding whey to everything.

Chicken breast has plenty of protein in it
4 scoops a day. usually 2.5 with oatmeal, and 1.5 with water/milk in the evening
One scoop of mass gainer because it pushes me to my 3500kcal and 220g protein needs and eating all the time blows
2 1/2 scoops a day, I try to get a minimum 50g solely from protein powder and the brand I use is 20g per serving which isn't a whole lot but it's cheap and never out of stock.
One in the morning and one after working out
I keep my protein shake in a cooler bag in the car so it's lightly chilled by the time I'm done, its got to be somewhat cold for me to scarf it down, I prefer chocolate but a berry mix is fine too, I've found vanilla always tastes like chemicals.
I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder or thicc but good enough where I'm happy with my body.
i just pour a somewhat consistent amount in a glass and mix with milk. i have no idea what i'm eating but i'm getting bigger
About 50g. I don’t eat enough so hopefully that makes up for some of it.

Beef, eggs, greek yoghurt, salmon, tuna, etc
Don't rely on protein powders alone for your protein intake, there is a reason they are SUPPLEMENT

at most, 2 scoops of casein protein. I think quality of the powder matters. I took too much bulk whey powder from the grocery store and got a hemorrhoid
