Usually just two but sometimes I'll have a protein bar, green yogurt or a pre mixed whey protein shake same day.

I've accumulated many tubs and bags of protein powders from Amazon pallet stores ($1 each) and most of the time I skip it because when I drink milk I don't want to ruin it with some protein chalk powder. I'll occasionally do it when I'm sore.

      >plant protein
Useless. I don't even count "protein" from shit like rice, bread, beans, peas, oats, etc. in my macros. Look up the amino acid profile of this product, if they even disclose it at all. Not only is most plant protein worthless non-whole protein (doesn't include all 9 essential amino acids), even the ones that are whole protein will have a lesser amount of those EAAs. And finally, even the EAAs they do have will have inferior bioavailability. Just buy cans of tuna in springwater or brine, they're like 90 cents for 15g of proper protein, probably even cheaper in america.

    0. protein powder is a meme sold by the supplement industry. It is literally a waste of money, and all the people who shill it are either fitness influencers or their mindless followers. 100g of protein is plenty for everyone here, and that is easily achieved by eating meat twice a day along with a balanced diet.
