Same. Depends on metabolism tho. I usually go to be at 23:00 and wake up at 6:00 effortlessly.
Is getting 6.5 to 6.75 hours of sleep instead of the recommended 7 hours really killing my gains and slowing my fat loss?
The more you sleep the better for gains. Go hard early on the morning and I can guarantee you will be super efficient during the day (because of the adrenaline in circulation) and sleeping like a baby at 10pm.
Also get a comfy mattress.
it is different for every pewson, but most need between 6-8 hrs each night. I sleep somewhere around 6, but i do notice it's a bit too less. I should do about 7.5, and i'm striving for atleast 30% REM sleep every night. I'm dreammaxxing
Oops, was an accident, but it isn't surprising. I don't know what came over me, but i had the urge to practice saying "uwu" two weeks ago and now i can't stop
Scooby is a homosexual but he said before that the optimal amount of sleep for humans is just to sleep until you naturally wake up. Obviously this isn’t possible to do for most people but that should be the standard you try to strive for. Basically just get as much sleep as you can.
I read somewhere that trump only got 3 hours a night. Sleep is a waste of time
trump doesnt look healthy
He is incredibly healthy for his age. Just look at Joe who can hardly walk or remember his name
enough to not feel like shit.
For me that's 6 hours for a non strenuous day prior, 7-8 on a workout/hard day.

Make sure you sleep an hour less every night
I don’t get much sleep because I’m having sex all night bros. It really is a curse
frfr?
strive for 7-8 every night but the occasional 5-6 hour sleep won't do much damage.
You're delusional. 9 hours is the standard across the academia for sound sleep which includes atleast 3REM cycles
yes
>9 hours is the standard across the academia

A sleep cycle takes roughly 1.5 hours
1.5 x 5 = 7.5
Which is why they say 7-8

8, bare minium is 7 and half. You can operate on 6 but it's not healthy. Buy an alarm clock and set your phone in a different room an hour before bed
Rotating 12 hour shift working light sleeper here. If I get 6 hours without interruption (rarely) I will be very frickin' happy.
>tfw getting less and less sleep with each week
