I do ohp 3 times a week, one heavy day, one volume day, and one push press day. I’ve made good gains hitting bw ohp and growth, my shoulders are way broader

At least 25+ sets a week, no copeshitting. BB routines with dumbbells. Unless of course, you want the lowest gains possible.

Frick, I've been doing 3x8 lateral raiseson my A days and 3x5 dumbbell ohp on my B days. No wonder I'm dyel

        Ya that won’t cut it
At the very least you need to up the reps
Lat raises do like 15 each set and OHP 8-12

Don't bother doing any barbbell type workout, ever. Only do large reps, large sets with dumbbells, start with not too heavy DB otherwise you'll frick up your joint.

It's baffling how the inceloids here fell for the powersharting meme. I'm sure some sort of troony psyopped them into it. It's pretty fricking simple; You want strength, copeshit, you want aesthetics? Do BODYBUILDING, dumbbells are more than enough, machines are a plus if you get bored easy. The muscle grows in SIZE because it's repairing every muscle fiber that gets 'damaged' when doing high volume with more muscle fiber.
That's why everyone is so quick to blurt out ROIDZ, becaus they lift a heavy slab of metal for 5 times 3 times a week and unironically believe they'll gain mass.

More like I get bored/tired and want to just knock out five then fire off a shit post on my phone and repeat.
If volume is so big why does that guy who does high volume HIIY at my gym look just as dyel as me?

Not him, but HIIT (assuming that’s what you meant) is not the same as doing high rep isolation work for the side delts. It’s pretty unlikely that anyone doing HIIT is going to have a good mind muscle connection while doing shoulder work

israelites and feminists have already won. Literally no hope for western men as a group.

But this guy is right. High volume, work on the mind muscle connection, do lots of lateral raises, focus on your rear delts too for your shoulder health. And despite 90% of people believing the ‘front delts are always overdeveloped’ meme, incline front raises are also a good exercise. Doing low reps of OHP will NOT give you great shoulders unless you’re on gear and incredibly lucky and even then you could have way better side delts if you focused on isolation movements, so why wouldn’t you? Being lazy and getting good results that are worse than what you could have had if you’d worked harder is nothing to be proud of

I try to keep my delt pins to 0.5mL at most, any more volume and it tends to leak out

Front delts, largely good with just pressing but 3-4 extra sets per session could be better if they're not growing well.

Rear delts are fine just from rows, Chinups, etc. A few sets or rear delt flies or face pulls per session should put them into overdrive though. Probably no more than 2-3 should be fine.

The Lateral head requires 2-3 sets twice per week just to maintain. I'd do 5-6 maybe 7 per session twice per week or 3-4 sets 3x a week to get them moving.

By the time I've benched, OHPd and inclined benched on push day all I need for delt isolation is 3 of 4 lightish(preexhausted for about 12 reps) sets of lateral raises. I don't have thw best delts ever or anything but it works for me.
