Yeah drink that water b***h
I remember being 6 and going to my Christianity class (it was a thing in my country), we had a children's book with the good deeds Jesus did; one of them was teaching people, grown adults, how to drink. You'd see drawings of this bearded guy in a tunic forcing a gourd down someone's throat.
I think I read about a liter an hour is about the max the kidneys can handle. Generally, I just drink till I pee clear, and keep drinking.
It is generally recommended that adults drink at least 8-8 ounces (240-240 milliliters) of water per day to maintain proper hydration. However, the specific amount of water that an individual needs can vary depending on a variety of factors, including their age, gender, weight, activity level, and the climate they live in.
Drinking too much water can lead to a condition called water intoxication, which occurs when the body takes in more water than it can effectively process. Water intoxication can cause the sodium levels in the body to become dangerously low, leading to a range of symptoms including headache, nausea, vomiting, seizures, and in severe cases, coma or death.
To prevent water intoxication, it is important to drink enough water to stay hydrated, but not to exceed the body's ability to process and excrete excess water. It is generally safe to drink up to about 2.7 liters (91 ounces) of water per day for men and 2.2 liters (74 ounces) per day for women. However, it is important to note that these are general guidelines and that the specific amount of water that is safe for an individual to drink may vary based on their individual needs and circumstances. If you are concerned about your water intake or have any questions about how much water is appropriate for you, it is a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider.
Why would it be unsafe to drink 3 liters of water a day? I’ve done that before.
>Too much water is unhealthy
You are moronic
If you drink more water than you need you'll just piss it out

bro i drink 5-10 liters a day every day and i'm still alive
When I have a hangover I drink about 4L a day
No scientific evidence, but I had a mate that drank 7-8 liters of water a day.
After some time he ran into quite a few problems, felt really bad all the time, had problems taking shits etc.
After a few visits to the doc they figured it was because of all that water taking out to many minerals etc. out of the body. He started to drink less and got ok afterwards...
Might vary from person to person and diet to diet, but for him these 7-8 liters were to much...
Didn't read that wall of text before, yeah, sounds like what was happening to my mate:

Strange
Same for alcohol withdrawal
