there is no way to accurately measure body fat. we don't know who has 10% body fat. we just see a really lean guy and arbitrarily decide "oh yeah, he's 10%", but nobody really knows.
Lean guy (<=15%bf) who doesn't train his abs or core properly. I have almost the same body type as you do by my abs and obliques are still almost visible despite being closer to 20%bf
Lose another 5kg and watch the mirror, the best anyone can give you is an estimate the mirror is what's gonna tell you when you are there. Buy a new scale so you don't cut too fast and lose muscle though you don't have a lot to spare, you'll be like in the 160lbs area(american sorry I don't kg) when you're done cutting idk why 12% bf is such a big deal to you yet.

The best advice for someone in your shoes is "just lift" as long as you are being more active and progressing on your lifts you will improve. You won't go backwards if you are being more active and cutting into the 150-160lbs area at 6 foot will be diminished returnsm
Yeah you'll get leaner too if you make good choices, I wouldn't limit calories as a 165-170lbs newer lifter/novice who will still be making a lot of gains fast. You can probably be a lot closer to 200lbs before you will need to cut if you do a little cardio and stuff now and just keep being active.

1. Your facial structure allows enough space for fat to be more spread out and not hide your features
2. You have a big enough neck and traps so that fat accumulates more harmonically there instead of your chin
3. You reach a low enough BF% through being ACTIVE, doing resistance training and having a high protein diet (it's literally impossible to reach low bf sitting around all day fyi)

They're fidgety, have high TDEEs and basically grew up this way without ever actively trying to cut fat. None of them have abs or muscle definition, and their faces look undefined when they don't have the bone structure for it. Pretty simple
