I do seated OHP, 20kg for 10 is my usual, 30kg for 10 I do sometimes. I know it's not impressive by this boards standard but I would like to know if you guys do them standing (and if it makes a big difference).

in terms of strength to bodyweight ratio my ohp sucks. im 95kg and i ohp 40kg 3x12 clean reps. my max is 60kg x 2
years ago when i was first starting out I could only do 4x4 with 30lb dumb bells, but at that time i could OHB 110 lbs on the barbell. Now I don't have access to barbells, but i've been doing 5x5 with two 50lb dumb bells. Which I feel like is not a lot for IST but normies are like blown away by the prospect. I wonder how that would translate to barbell lifts
