      It depends on the type. Some ice cream are packed with protein and don't have many ingredients.

    Work it into your calories. A big IPA beer can be as many calories as some soft serve and sprinkles. Cut back on carbs and fat that day. Grand scheme of things, once a week is almost negligible as long as you're being good other days.

        No it isn’t. If you are eating ice cream and beer, you aren’t cutting. If there’s enough wiggle room in your daily intake to fit a giant tub of sugar and dietary fat, you are already a fat piece of shit and you shouldn’t worry so much about cutting as you should about getting below 30% body fat.

    I use to literally never eat ice cream until I started my current cut. Why? Because I figured out I can hit my protein goal and stay under my calorie goal for the day while incorporating ice cream.

    Also, I’m not sure why—and other people have noticed this for themselves as well—but my sleep is phenomenal after ice cream.

    Ive had bullshit sweets like ice cream like 6 times in the past decade or so, but I'm still a fat frick so it doesn't really matter anyway. About 70 lbs of pure fat overweight. Losing 70 lbs would put me roughly at 20% body fat

    If that's light frozen yogurt it's only about 250 kcal plus the sprinkles, so every day. I personally just prefer to mix flavored mio knockoffs into gaye 0% and call it dessert.
