How often do you eat fast food?

Will once a week kill my gains?

    I eat (and libate, jack off, etc) as often as the loneliness and touch starvation creeps into my awareness. I had pizza and ice cream at costco today. I know I'm going to die of a heart attack or a stroke, but that will happen when it happens. It's not like my life was good for anything during the time I lived it.

    I eat it once every 5 years or something, and regret it after 30 minutes. It reminds me why I don't eat it. If you don't eat it for a while and eat it again, you'll get sick. You'll get shittery or throw up. Thats your body protesting. If you don't get sick, you eat it too often and you got used to it.

      Yeah I rather just not eat if I'm traveling or whatever where my normal meals aren't an option. But meal prepping and lunch bags with ice packs make this pretty much 0% when I travel for very little inconvenience

        I swap it up sometimes. But usually 2-4 mcdoubles because per 2 mcdoubles I get about 800 kcal and 45g of protein for 3 bucks. I need about 4500 kcal to put on weight slowly. If I eat about 3000kcal daily I cut about 1-2lbs a week.

    Ate McDonald’s everyday for like 5 years while I worked there, I’m fine, no high blood pressure, no betes, and decent gains.

    I wouldn’t recommend it though, I only ate it because it was free.

    I eat it when I want to and when there's a fast food place along the road.
    Macros for most fast food are not bad, so whatever, fast food in moderation won't fuck you up if you're natty.

    Don't eat any fast food, sodas, sweet treats, etc for a couple months and your taste buds will adjust. It doesn't taste the same anymore

    I don’t eat fast food,after a while the taste of grease become horrible but one Big Mac a week is no biggie
