How old were you when you found out that training shoulders is a meme?
I am stronger and bigger than ever since I swapped delts workouts for even more back/chest, and I finally have healthy shoulders
>front
Incline press, close grip bench, dips, pushups..
>rear
Any kind of row. Any kind of pullup
>medium
Still doing lateral raises ngl, few sets per week is all it takes
>”delt work bad!”
>”look at my delt work!”
What did he mean by this
Would you call bench press direct delt work? Or is that more appropriate for ohp?
Yeah what is wrong with OP's brain.
Maybe change your post to "OHP is a meme"
Ohp and all its variations, upright rows, front raises, face pulls, rear delt flyes are meme
Yeah OP's kind of a spazz, bless him
Probably gonna be 120
I have multiple people, even a fit bro, tell me how wide my shoulders.
i love doing shoulders
>How old were you when you found out that training shoulders is a meme
>proceeds to post his shoulder routine, incorporating compounds and isolations
You might be moronic OP
Man people with no tattoos look really soft.
Nice b8 m8
>soft
KK was literally able to rip your whole arm out of your body
Kim Kardashian wouldn’t be capable of doing that
>don't do OHP for a while
>only bench (mostly CG) and DB incline
>OHP goes up after previously being stalled
>from 60kg to 80kg for 5
>would never see this imprevement only doing OHP
I'm thinking you're not wrong OP, but OHP is such a fun lift though. Even though it might not be worth the time, I like doing them to test my shoulder strength.
That's how it goes. Almost a total meme. Best way to progress it is benching lol. BTN OHP is good for lateral delts though if you preexhaust them with lateral raises first.
I agree but OHP takes least amount of weight to be considered "strong", so internet autists love it, realistically you would need few months at worst for 1plate ohp, where many folks stall for a few years for 2 plate bench
Do you even goto a gym. Most I’ve ever seen a normie ohp is 115, 1pl8lmao is something most people don’t ever achieve. While it is necessarily hard to get to it, it does take time and a good solid foundation of strength if you don’t want to frick your shit up. Bench is one of the easiest lifts to build IMO, I hit 275 on bench the same time I hit it on squat.
It literally stays at about 60% of your bench press no matter what. The only good reason to train it is if you're not benching for front delts.
>t. Benchlet
>rear
>Any kind of row.
it really doesn't hit much when your elbows are pointing down
>Where were you when you realised training shoulders is a meme?
>Btw I still train shoulders and tailor my workouts to train shoulders
Are you literally moronic? Post body.
Would any of exercises Ive listed make it into dedicated delt day (except lat raises which I do sometimes but not even eveery week)? I may phrased it badly, but you sure know what Ive meant, unless you are braincel
