    cardio is the entrance into fitness, get things moving. increases circulatory system which is also the transport system, necessary for gains.

    gotta start with cardio. running might be bad for knees. start with either swimming (can build tan too) or walking (you can do that the longest and it burns almost as much calories as running so if you put enough time in you'll burn the most calories)
    Probably you need to work on your diet mainly, though. Cut liquid calorie sources, try to replace food with lower caloric density food, eggs e.g. are your friend. Cut out as much processed food as possible, get into meal prep instead.
    That bacne either suggests you need to change bed sheets or your eating like shit.
    Building muscle is fun and will make you burn more calories by default. Calisthenics might be hard to get into at your weight tho. Consider joining a gym if you want to build some
    and ffs shave yourfricking neck

    hey i’m kinda the same as you but the stretch marks are only slightly above or at the arm pit and i am very muscular and low bf but i do have that shitty slight shoulder acne as well

    That said, you'll be fine, your manbreasts aren't that saggy so you're going to be able to minimize loose skin, and stretch marks fade.

    I looked like you in recent memory, this is easily fixable. Fasting (3-6 days a week with electrolyte water), light exercise, and aloe vera for those stretch marks. Acne might go away as you cut, that is often the case. Should take you a couple months of you're strict with it. Go get it anon, don't listen to the blackpillers
