Those thick rubber plates are so ugly. Don't know why you'd ever get them over regular aestetic iron plates.

You can't snatch or clean and jerk iron plates.

It's not just a bag, it's the liners, zip ties, and training manual. Also the material is superb compared to whatever industrial tube sand container you'll get for 6.50

Honestly, this sounds way more enjoyable than standard weightlifting, which has become boring for me.

Part of the reason why I stopped conventional lifting was because of maintenance and monotony. This is more fun and has a better reward.

ok anon Im sold so what can I do this shit just out in my back yard? do you practice specific movements or are you just picking up heavy bag and moving from A to B?

the three movements you'll want are carrying (50 to 100 feet, fast as you can), loading over a bar (put your bar in your rack at anywhere from belly button to clavicle height), and bag over shoulder (pick it up and huck it over your shoulder). Check out Brian Alsruhe on youtube.

Keep it simple, pick up the bag and try to push it over your head. Do this a couple times.

Umm, care to hook me up with some steak bro?

Yeah go to a butcher, get 1.5 to 2 pounds more like it of flank or bavette, get a few potatoes, a gallon of milk, and start munching. Steak should cost you 45 bucks and lasts you two days. Fast on weekends. Sometimes I substitute the steak with fresh wild salmon for a similar price.
