3500kcal will turn you into a blob, nobody on this board needs that much. If you want as much calories as possible, consume liquid calories. Milk, protein powder, etc. Get a hand held blender/processor.

Breakfast >1 cup’s worth of pancake mix pancakes >~1/8 cup maple syrup >~1 tbsp of butter >2 glasses of whole milk
Lunch >2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches >2 glasses of whole milk
Dinner >3 pork chops >1/2 cup of pasta with olive oil >1/4 cup of peas
I also have a weight gainer smoothie before bed >2 tbsp peanut butter >1 cup whole milk >3 scoops ice cream >1 cup oats >1 scoop protein powder >whatever fruit I have on hand
I really don't get why people complain about not getting enough calories, literally just hit your protein requirement and then chug syrup for the rest of it and bam you are done.
Im 6' 175lbs, thought I needed 3300cal per day while lifting. Balooned up to 30lbs of bf from 20lbs in like 2 months. morons, find your maintenance calories and it will never be over 2k unless you're HUGE already

Every day I eat nearly the same thing, the only variable being supper but I keep it in the same cal/protein range.
Breakfast: Banana, honey, 1cup dry large flake oatmeal cooked up
Lunch: Five eggs, 3/4cup quinoa, olive oil, kiwi, large carrot
Brotein shake for gym: 2scoops protein, milk, 2 raw eggs, 1/4cup of peanuts
Snack when I get home from work: Just a few crackers and Nutella while I'm making the shake
Supper: A measured portion of meat depending on what the meat is to get around 35-40g protein, sometimes ground beef or ground chicken, sometimes steak, sometimes tuna, tomato, broccoli, rice/taco/tortilla depending on my mood, ranch sauce, cheese, olive oil
Midnight snack: 3/4cup of dried white navy beans done in slow cooker, add honey and slice up an apple, add milk, delicious
All of these things I portion accordingly (2tbsp of olive oil/1cup broccoli/etc). When I add all this stuff up reading the nutritional facts on them it comes out to 5000+ cals, every day. On this I maintain a modest physique and strength. If I wanted to get BIG I don't even know where I would fit another meal in the day. I already eat when I'm not even hungry. Once in a while I throw in a snack of a protein bar too.
When I used a calorie calculator, it said for my height, weight, and exercise regularity/intensity I need 3800cals to maintain weight. Either the calculator is wrong or the nutritional facts on foods are off by a wide enough plus or minus margin of error to make a variable of 1000+ calories daily. Or there is a wide range of human bodies.
