How tf do I gain weight. I've increased caloric intake but It just causes me to make bigger number 2s, I've talked to Dr's about it and they always run
few tests them just tell my there's nothing wrong and that I'm a healthy guy. At a point I was so frustrated I compelty stopped cardio and I started consuming 4k calories daily (5'4 so its more than it might seems) I did this for about a month felt incredibly sick the whole time and only gained ~5lbs. At this point I'm convinced it's a health problem Dr's are unable to diagnose, any help? All my friends I started with are in great shape but I'm still here pin af. I've done stool samples and I check my poops pretty much everytime. Could there be worms like in my stomach where a stool sample won't work, it would honestly explain a lot. It's hard to imagine I'm not eating enough when I constantly push myself to eat just a little but more than my body wants.

yes some people have a very robust fidgeting response to a caloric surplus. it's called non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT). you can gain weight but it's just going to be more difficult for you than most people because it's how your nervous system is wired. you burn more calories because of the fidgeting.

substitute a 6 egg shake like this for your apple (apples are high FODMAP, causes bloating in many people). the rest of your day is fine. beef is the best meat for hardgainers usually. add a protein shake with almond milk or another egg shake before bed if you can stomach it. the point here is to get a lot of calories into you without making you overfull or gassy/bloated. if you have a gassy reaction to he raw eggs then you might need to soft boil them instead of just drinking them. seems like you have a more sensitive stomach and some people can't tolerate the raw whites.

I can almost guarantee you're not measuring your macros with cups and scales. Don't eyeball your measurements until you're confident you can guestimate your portion sizes. At least a year of consistency, minimum. Calorie-dense whole foods, and stick to the same foods in your diet. Consistency is key, I cannot emphasise this enough.
Fair I've just been eyeballing/copying my friends. I will need to continue to build a customized approach and getting more accurate measurements would be helpful so I'll try to do better than I've done with this in the past

If you can invest in measuring cups and a scale from ebay or a thrift shop and get it going in conjunction with your training regime, I guarantee you will notice results in 3-6 months. It used to bother me; now I relish in it. I love my routine.
It takes a certain tenacity to do what we do. We're 1%ers. People want this without the hard work and sacrifice. Your friends are gonna get jealous as you develop yourself. They're gonna start buying you McD's, beers, krispy kremes. Refuse it all. Keep firm to your goals.
Look at the diets of greats. Read Gironda et. al. You don't need pasta and bread, and you certainly don't need to eat kilograms of vegetables daily. Consistently will always be key.

Believe me, you can have it too. Even with certain dietary or genetic impediments. It's a matter of perception; it may look weird and unorthodox if you haven't established a routine yet, but if you determine what your goals are for the kind of physique you want, you will find things will naturally align to what your body requires as you move forward. This isn't new-age quackery as much as it seems. Your body will want the input you give it. Be sure to give it a fair trial as well: 3-6 months at least.
Get your folks on board with it too. If they still buy food for the household, ask if they can buy certain foods which align to your dietary needs. All the more better if they rally for you.
When you're 20, you can eat whatever you want and party all night and bounce back like the energizer bunny. See what they look like in 20 years if they keep up that lifestyle. What you do now will pay dividends later.

Cook things with an appropriate amount of lard, tallow, or coconut oil (or butter if you can handle it). Hell, just eat a full size chocolate bar every day - there's a gorillion different kinds so don't tell me you can't handle that if you've bought lactade. Just make sure you're still getting enough protein, so we're talking meat and ~8 eggs per week, normal stuff. Drinking calories is even easier - Full sugar soda and alcoholic beverages are ridiculously high cal. Finish off your day with a bourbon and coke or even a sweeter cider.

Take your weight in lbs minus your fat weight and then take that number times 0.8.
That's the maximum number of grams of protein your body can actually process.
Anything above that gets dumped and used up test and other hormones that would otherwise help you gain mass.
Eat that much protein from meat and then fill the rest of your calories with bread, cheese and veggies.
