How tf do you stop a subacute cough?
Been going on for a month now, and I can't even train because its such an annoying coughing everytime I fill my lungs more than the normal tidal breathing.

Tried every home remedy known to mankind.

I really fricking hate winter.

      same, and on top of that i have to spend the first 15 minutes of waking up couching up all my mucus that built up during my sleep.

      Lots of vitamins C and D
      Use a humidifier when you sleep

        I get my fair share of sunlight almost everyday
        And every morning I drink freshly squeezed orange juice and for lunch I always have carrots.

        Maybe the humidifier could help

        i'm on like day 12 of a flu/cold. Today is the first day that i actually feel better this shit has got me down hard, usually im over it within a week.
        Been drowning vit C and vit D3 like crazy the whole time. Also NAC and lions mane to try and cure my brainfog, it helps a bit.
        Other that that i've been drinking a shitton of water and coffee just for the slight mental gain.
        i try to /forcesleep/ for as long as i can every night and try to stay warm during the day and stress as little as possible.

        Colds are the worst ... I swear last year I spent the whole winter with the same cold, and even in the spring too

        Dude, you have AIDS.

        I had the flu about 9 years ago. Lasted a few days. Felt like death, then it was gone. If anyone has a cold or similar for more than five days, your immune system isn't functioning properly.

    For me its chronic cough, going on 11 years now. No history of smoking or asthma. Its just an itch that comes and goes, seems to get worse when im stressed
