Did you play outside as a kid or do anything resembling a sport?

work out in front of a mirror at all times and actually put effort and focus on your movements, dont try to cheat ANY rep from now on and make it so if your form sucked on one reps it doesn't count towards your total reps

practice, try moving them in different directions, pulling, pushing, lifting things and putting them down, remember and try to imitate the feeling on your own

hmm, would a mirror help with this? i'm extremely terrible about consistency. some days i can do 50 pushups in a set, some days i quite literally can't even do 20. on both days my trainers would complain. one of them laughed at me and said i was doing the worm and it really hurt my feelings, but i don't hold it against him.

Did you play outside as a kid or do anything resembling a sport?

i remember playing with action figures outside. no sports, they've always been really boring to me. call me onions, but competition doesn't do anything for me. i dont care about rules either and don't have a shred of sportsman-like nature about me.

I don't think you can do 15 real push ups

4 professionals would seem to agree with you. i wouldn't be surprised if i couldn't even do 1

this is a funny thread, the idea of being dumped by four (4) separate people who are paid to train noobs
but I think OP is lying. better shitpost thread than the usual, tho.

    >i barely have a sense of having limbs
I used to feel like this when i was a beginner in the gym, plus i had extremely bad balance (i couldnt even stand on one leg for more than 2 seconds). The solution? Using a mirror and training a lot. Once your body learns the movement patterns, everything is easier. Its all about practice and consistency

thanks anon, I'm glad to hear it's possible to move past this. i was beginning to lose hope that my being an clumsy clementine would stop me from gains. you're the second person to mention mirrors so i think that's maybe the tool i need.
