How the frick do you lean bulk?

How the frick do you lean bulk? I've basically been in an endless cut for the past 2 years, and got good at it, but now thats all I know. For basically the next 2 months I'm gonna have a ton of time off from work finally so I plan to go the hardest I've gone in the gym since college and I don't want a calorie deficit holding me back.

If my current BMR is about 1571kc (this is the amount of calories I would burn from literally just laying in bed all day), how many calories should I eat daily if I'm going to be doing 3 full body sessions a week, plus a couple days where I do calorie and ab training?

        you can find plenty of sports at the club level, usually have to pay a yearly fee but other than that its just regular training and games against other clubs

      25 pounds and then when I got skellington mode I maingained for a while, gaining muscle while staying the same weight, but I was still hungry all the time.

        two years for a measly 25 pounds? Thats pathetic. I went from 220 to 165 in 6months, and now coast at 155 a few months later. no where to go but UP. Still trying to drop 10 but it seems impossible.

          Most of that was probably water weight when you stopped washing down candy bars with coke. Weight loss gets harder when you aren't morbidly obese.

        homie, you literally lean bulked. So you know it works. If you are really sub 15% bodyfat and you want to go ham, go ham for a few months eat 2200 calories a day and do your 6x a week workout. You will get bigger but won't be quite as lean, but you already know how to lean out.

      Just adding to my post, l've gained a bit of muscle, especially on my shoulders bc I never really worked on them before so for myself I think my aesthetics are much improved, but I'd still be considered a dyel here. Anyway hopefully sun, lean bulk, and working my ass off in the gym for 2 months will change that and then I can go back to cutting.

      I went from 175 pounds to 150 pounds at 5'9 and I've been between 150-155 throughout the maingain.

        Then why is it harder to cut fat while staying strong further into the cut? If you aren't even at sick ass lifts why cut more than a month, cuts should be short anyways, and this is coming from someone who put on size on a cut.

    I’ve went from 250lbs to 190lbs back and forth about two times in the past 5 years. I’m convinced that you either have to take a butt frick of creatine and have your protein dialed the frick in to have a decent looking body. I’m also 6’1 and in my late twenties for a point of reference. Other than that your next option is fricking juicing but I don’t even want to go there. Being natty fricking sucks ass

    I got so good at cutting that after like 4 years of perma cutting I’m finally confident enough to bulk. Been eating garbage like a vacuum. Definitely getting way too fat way too fast but the gains are worth. Everyone knows I’m capable of getting shredded so I don’t even care I’m gonna send it for like a year and cut to abs again and see how I look

    It's probably a bad idea to go straight from a cut to a bulk, I would recommend going on maintenance for at least 2-4 weeks in between. During that time, try to get a good gauge of what your maintenance calories actually are. Because after an extended cut, your metabolism has probably slowed down quite a bit.

    take your goal weight in lbs, multiply that by 15. Start with that amount of calories. Since you are 150 lbs right now, aim for 160 lbs. find the 1.6g/kg for protein amount, then fill the remaining calories with whatever macros you like. Carbs will always be better but be sure to eat about 20% of your total calories from fats. Weigh yourself twice a day and once your weight settles after about 2 weeks of your diet, start managing your weight gain after that initial period where you gained water/food weight.

    There's only one way to lean bulk. It's to do normal bulking and cutting cycles for 2 or 3 years until you're at 90% of your natty potential. Then go onto 100-200 over tdee because all you're doing at that point is trying maximize time you're on a surplus and minimize cutting to get that last 10% no matter how slow it is. If you try to lean bulk without earning it you'll look like shit forever.
