      You can easily consume 3000kcal in 2 moderate meals. Like, a bowl of rice with some chicken + sauce in each.

      You are probably refusing to eat things which have any nutritional value whatsoever. Do skellies try to live off green leaves or something? Carbs don't fill you up at all.

    Plain white sugar. Eat a pound a day and it's like 2/3rds the calories you need. Very cheap. Also very clean. But you'll say "muh sugar bad" well you don't want to spend money.

    You might not actually need 3000 calories unless you're already pretty big. If you're under 70kg and ur not doing a lot of cardio then I doubt you need more than 2800 to bulk.

    It's that easy.
    Peanut butter, powder, oats, 1 serving of granola (optional), protein milk, and yogurt. There's your frickload of calories with fiber and protein along with other shit too.
    DRINKING your calories is the easiest way and most effective. I don't wat meat every day, but you can also try the chicken nuggets (dinosaur ones. Idk if protein packed ones exist). Then just add whatever is low fat and shiet. It's a bit tricky to fill in the rest tbh

      >Oats, made with milk, add few scoops PB and scoop or two of protein powder (cheapest you can find in bulk). Easy to get 1k cal in a big bowl.
      >Post workout shake with dextrose/dextrin/etc carbs (very cheap in bulk) plus 2 scoops protein. Doesn’t really affect satiety and quick to make/consume.
      >cheapo ground beef, cheapo eggs, cheapo rice. Cook and mix together.
      >Frozen veg from cheapest brand for micros
      >olive oil: if you’re missing 500 calories just add that much olive oil into a meal or drink it straight or add to a shake.
