I would say orally is probably the most efficient/least intrusive method
Peanut butter, eggs, rice, shakes. I aim for 4 meals a day, each with 40g protons. I eat pretty much the same breakfast and lunch everyday to make it easy

In my experience on OMAD Is that your ability to eat caps out at about 2500kcal at a single meal. And that takes 4-5 hours to digest since its the single meal, the guts has to be fired up before they work properly.
So.
Its not hard.
Just do 3x1000kcal. Or 4x 750kcal.
As for 150g of protein? That is only like 15 eggs á 60g. You are going to eat food on top of that.
