How the fuck are you guys getting all this protein??

Everywhere I look it says bare minimum to build proper muscle you need to eat atleast your weight in grams of protein.
I'm over here drinking double scoops of whey protein shakes, eating flank steak by the package, and shoveling protein bars up my ass and I still maybe get to 120 grams (goal is 200 grams). It just doesn't seem possible to me, am I fricking something up? What do you guys do? Should I have more protein powder??

Cottage cheese, eggs, chicken. Sure simple. 2 scoops of whey should put you at about 50-55g of protein alone. With flank steak you should be clearing 100 easily. Add eggs and cottage cheese to your diet and you’ll hit 200 no problem.
    I eat 180g per day.

400 grams of chicken breast per day.
    84gr protein
60grams of whey per day. 46gr protein.
This already gives you 162,5gr of protein. Depending on your weight it's enough.

Personally, I eat one can of tuna a day, drink lots of protein milk, eat tons of creme cheese and other fish products. High protein yogurt is good on occassion too, and chicken breasts of course. Lentils are good too. I don't track my protein but I think I'm doing good with these foods.

I think the gram per pound is more like bro-science, tbh.

There were some other studies and posts here that talked about how it was inflated, and you don't really need that much and/or it's more for a 250lb+ body builder and most of you homies are sub 200lbs anyhow.

Best best is to meal prep, and have food available to munch on throughout the day. I just ate a salmon wrap w some blackeyed peas. Pretty full, but may also grab a greek yogurt to get another 14g of protein.

'1g per lb of bodyweight' is a highly simplified meme and unnecessary overkill shilled by protein supplement companies. I'd go more like 0.6g/lb and see how you go. If you're not progressing as you should be, up it a bit and see if that helps.
Also, are you putting all your food intake into a nutrition app of some kind, or are you only counting your explicitly protein-rich foods towards your protein intake? Because, while insufficient on their own, you can build up a surprising amount of protein over the course of a day through foods not rich in protein. A few grams here and there do add up.

First, you don't need a gram per pound of body weight, .50 to .70 grams per pound is fine. A pound of lean animal protein will get you 100 grams by itself. Then just eat eggs, oats, red beans & rice. Cottage cheese if you frick with dairy. A scoop of quality WPI mixed in two cups of milk is at least another 50 grams.
