      Use a wall dummy

I find it hard to believe that there are human beings that can’t do at least one ab wheel rollout

I dont think Im too weak for it, I just dont understand how the fuck youre supposed to use it

What are you supposed to do with it? Just roll the wheel back and forth?

Yeah get on your knees the front portion above the knee and wheel yourself out and try to come back.

You can start this at 1:37 and stop at 2:00 and get all the info you need. Everything else is good tips, but when I started focusing on keeping my back in that position I saw massive improvement.

Do these really work abs that well?

probably the best ab exercise there is in my opinion and my 2nd favourite of mine would be
the one where youre just sitting with kinda' half of your ass outside of a bench and holding
the bench behind your back whilst doing crunches as youre leaning back abit.

im so bad at memorising english exercise names but seated crunches more or less
youre not going to have abs though if you have too much bodyfat but ab roller really
gives you a burning sensation around your abs like no other ab exercise for sure

I just lay on my back and raise and lower my legs to failure. Takes about 5 - 10 minutes and I wake up the following morning with insane DOMS in my core

how the fuck does this not rip your shoulders in half? Just looking at it makes me know I could never get 10 degrees past vertical without falling on my face because my shoulders give out. And I can do 15 dead hand chinups and overhead strict press 225. WTF?

You can spot has bad (high) own mass to strength ratio on this one. If you're low bodyfat enough and have good abs you can train yourself through to doing a decent nr of reps

Bring your rips down and brace your core. Roll out but hold the tightness of your core. Now imagine bringing your chest and ass together like a switchblade. Don’t initiate the movement from your hips, don’t bring your hips back. Imagine bringing your chest and ass together.

If done properly this is one of the hardest core exercises ever.
The burning will make you cry

Reminder that if you do ab wheel from your knees instead of your feet you are DYEL mode

how can I tell if its working? I can really feel my core when rolling out, but I feel it a lot less when rolling in, and Im making sure my form is fine like in the video linked here

you'll experience a revelatory prostate orgasm. but it has to be a perfect roll out. to check if you're on the right path do a roll out then shove a finger up your ass and twirl it around to see if you orgasm. the longer the twirling takes the more work you have to do on form. Eventually you'll do a roll out where you start cumming and going "UH" whilst jutting and frotting and then you have to try and hold a good position whilst you start to cum and your abs want to contract. likelihood is you'll cave and collapse but at that point keep going and eventually you'll push right through in perfect form.

Do hanging leg lifts too. Standing ab rolls use some upper leg muscles the roller doesn't exercise

Your lower back is weak, train it
