            Training with HEAVY weights is hard. Think of just the kinetic energy difference in moving 1 plate vs moving 3 or 4.
            Even if you have the muscle mass to move it, its extremely taxing on the body and exhausting.

      People usually roid because they’re serious about working out enough that they’re willing to ignore the stigma and scare tactics surrounding gear. By far most roiders work out harder and longer than your typical natty. The ones who don’t end up looking natty

        Never done steroids, but when used to do an unhealthy amount of running. Went down to 175 at 6'4". I was running for 6 years, and doing 70 a week by the end. Resting heart rate of 38 and probably like 7 percent body fat. Stopped running and shot up to 240 at about 18 percent bf. DEL. Ate lots of good Italian food with beef and pork
