10 eur a bottle sounds about right for better shampoo. This has zinc pyrithione, use it. It can't be bad for you. It's literally an anti-inflamatory anti-fungal.

Hot showers are causing your scalp to dry out and then flake into your hair. Wash hair with cold/tepid water only

      Anonymous

Listen to this anon, hot water is not good for the scalp.

I also have ha very good results with Apple cider vinegar( I think its called in english), like 1 part, against 9 parts water, it can be quite strong. And just pour it over your head and massage the scalp.

If its the vinegar that is hurting then you have to much mix with more water, untill there is just a faint smell, if its the cold water you are taking about. Then make it a bit warmer, or man up

If it is indeed psoriasis there are various prescription topical ointments you can use. I have it on my forehead/hairline and use a betamethasone valerate ointment daily which helps a lot.

Oil your hair, thrice a week. Preferably by your grandmother

  22. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

Stop washing the good oils from your head and hair away using some cheap shampoo and shit.

Just use plain water to wash your hair for a couple of weeks and you'll notice improvement already. Only use some mild shampoo if absolutely necessary, i.e. you've been mudwrestling in pig shit and lifting PRs while someone ejaculated on you.

I used to have dandruff but nowadays only have it in cold winter when it's really dry for long periods of time. Spring, summer, autumn, no problem.

Mine stopped when I stopped using any shampoo at all. Really ask yourself why ur putting a bunch of random chemicals in ur hair every day instead of just rinsing ur hair in water like 100% of humans for 100% of history. The only reason is because the TV told you to

    >dry your hair properly
    >use anti dandruff shampoo, medical one, that you let rest 5-10 mins on your head, be really serious about it
    >try not to use hats
    >if you have long hair, you either have to put in extra work or cut it short the time to take care of it
    >brush your scalp to remove some dandruff, do it gently or it will just make it worse
    >wash your pillow cases

I use picrel every other day for 2-3 weeks depending on how strong it is, then I stop using for 1-3 months, usually the time it takes for the dandruff to come back
