How the FRICK do I make steak and potato more appetizing? I am so tired of this shit, I've tried everything.

>Sweet potato (fricked up my stomach, don't know why just didn't digest well and left me constipated)
>Rustic and baby potato
>Butter
>Salt
For the steak, I use a leaner flank because I enjoy it more but recently it's been a struggle to eat it 4 days a week. I've tried different sauces but it's just tortures me to chew another cubed piece of steak for the 3rd night in a row.

What the frick can I add or change to this? I'm really trying to avoid grains (not carbs). Please give me some good suggestions to make this not taste like shit.

      Have you tried to season your steaks? Makes them less bland without the need for sauce.
      Try not eating steak every day of the week. Try steak every other day. Get some chicken and tuna if you really want to eat meat every day.

      Found your problem right there. If you’re asking how to make steak and potatoes better without asking about calories it is clear that you need to choose a better cut. Almost anything will be better than flank steak. Getting your own wagyu prime rib and cooking it rare is up top. Moving down porterhouse, NY strip etc. But this is all assuming you can find a good beef source and understand grades. Also cube steaks kek

      Also try cooking them with saute vegetables. Fuse flavors together. It's fun so long as you arent an idiot. Sweet potatoes go bad fast, so best to cook them the same day. Try baking them instead of mashed.

    Have you ever gone on a long walk. On a hot, dry day. And you get so thirsty. When you get home. That glass of room temperature tap water you drink is perfect. It tastes prefect. It's the most satisfying thing in the world?

    What you have to do, to stop being so effete and picky. Just work so hard, that you build up such an appetite. That anything you eat will be satisfying and taste perfect.

    How can you be tired of steak and potato? It's literally the best food out there. Even if you are somehow bored of steak, change it to chicken or fish, and change the potatos to rice or pasta. If you don't enjoy any of this you might aswell eat goyslop.

    Flank steak is usually a good choice for fajitas and grilling after a marinade. Although idk what you'd do about the tortillas unless you like corn ones

    Season the steak at least the day before with salt and pepper.
    The steak should be a sirloin, ribeye, NY strip, porterhouse, Tbone, or filet. The other meats aren't for just eating as steak
    Cook onions, garlic, and mushrooms with it
    Mashed sweet potatoes are delicious and it messed with your stomach because you fricked something up while cooking.
    Find a good recipe online and follow it, or just make a baked sweet potato. It is delicious.
    Obviously, cook with butter.
    Cooking the steak depends on how hot your stove gets. Find out how you like your steak, hopefully medium rare or rare.
    Cook it on one side, highest heat to sear the top, I do 2:30. Flip it. Repeat. Put it onto a plate, put a little bit of butter on it, cover it with tin foil and let it rest for 5 minutes. If you do not let your steak rest, it will not taste good.
    I have found for some reason, if I freeze my steak, then sear the frick out of it for 8 minutes on each side straight out of the freezer, and let it rest for 5 minutes, it comes out medium rare and more tender than out of the fridge.

    I first cover the steak with olive oil, then season it with pic related. After cooking each side for 30 seconds, I add a huge amount of butter + thyme + 3 unpeeled garlic cloves.

    It's the best thing you'll ever eat.

    Stroganoff with egg noodles. Throw some mushrooms in there as well.
    Beef stew is also great. You can marinate and grill steak for lettuce wraps if you're dodging carbs as well

    I just found this great recipe in an old cook book.

    Oeufs Meelemeester

    >6 hardboiled eggs, mashed with butter.
    >250g fat free cottage cheese (drain the excess water)
    >cooked prawns.
    >add French mustard, salt, pepper and however much parsley you want.

    bake in hot oven, with cheese on top until browned.
