      Eat different cuts of meat, complement with some quality bread, eat your oatmeal, full fat yogurt, don't deny yourself sweets every now and then.

      Dirty bulking works for beginners and I did it two years ago, I've been (mostly) clean bulking by eating healthy but as much as possible and it's a thing. Nuts, pasta, fatty meat, anything, and plenty.

    my tdee is 3800kcal, I've been maintaining on it for four months and my weight actually went down from 88kg to 87kg on average (weigh self daily)

    bmi 27 20% bf ffmi 21-22 (not aesthetic but not fat either)

    (the calorie count is real I measure everything I consume with a scale and I measure meat raw

    1 scoop of this, 2 scoop of regular whey, 1 cup of fruit, 10 ounces milk, blend it up and drink it once a day.

    Drink 1 tablespoon of psyillium husk with 8 ounces of water for your next 2 meals, or just drink a cup of it after, this is to keep your stool solid and intestines functional despite the single liquid meal a day.

    You can snack inbetween, for your extra 200 calories.
    This is about 1800 calories, and 98 grams of protein in a single 16 ounce cup. You're welcome.

      To add to this, I was 115lbs, now at 135lbs, I bought a $16 blender and gained weight by just blending up 3 scoops of whey into 10 ounces of milk with a quarter to half cup of half strawberries half rasberries. I drink 2 of these a day with a fiber supplement. Ill eat a snack inbetween but its been so much easier to just drink one of these a day, and then a small meal. I used to hate eating and couldn't ever get myself to eat enough to gain, but just making a high calorie high protein drink I take once a day made it so much easier, I just eat the same I always did, but just drank a high protein shake on top of it, and my protein and calorie intake were within normal range.

    4-6 eggs (cooked, makes you feel fuller).

    Avocados

    Sauerkraut (effectively 10 calories per cup)

    Go watch Alpha Destiny skinny boy and make sure you have a scale to ACTUALLY weigh your food, I'm tired of you morons "eyeballing" your calories
