    I have that exact body type. Just don't eat processed food, walk a lot and do some sort of resistance training. It's simple as hell. You do not need to weigh food, you don't need supplements. You just need to eat real food and avoid snacks.

      How the frick does any human being "avoid snacks"? You guys must be miserable as frick. Try going to a party or out for a meal or to see a film with your wife where everyone is snacking on popcorn, ice cream, doritos, fried doughnuts etc.

          There's a difference between OVEREATING it every single day and not eating it completely. I refuse to believe any functioning human being NEVER eats crisps, chips, sweets, cookies, doughnuts etc ever unless they have some sort of medical problem which means they can't.                 No one says you can't eat any snacks or goyslop but cutting it out of your usual diet makes it easier to resist the temptation of overeating on them. If you have the mental fortitude to eat snacks and then adjust your diet accordingly then that's perfectly fine.

            I just don't like them, honestly. I have zero cravings for them and I find snacking unsatisfying, because I eat when I am hungry and whenever I am hungry I am craving a real meal, which just so happens to be relatively clean food. A snack is like I am cucking myself out of the real thing.

            They are great, obviously, but you lose interest over time. Plus there's a massive difference in enjoying a donut vs enjoying 3 of them.

            At this point, my brain would rather have nice abs than enjoy a craft maple bacon donut.

              Go to any sea place or holiday resort you'll see IST men, fat men, skinnyfat men, bloated men, ripped men all enjoying doughnuts with their girlfriend or families on the beach or watching a movie eating some popcorn or Doritos with extra sauce, milkshakes, ice creams, desserts, shit like that. Most people just enjoy snacking and aren't autistic about what they put in their body whether they lift or not.

    the "secret" is getting lean. staying lean is not the same as getting lean.
    your TDEE is more or less the same at 10-12% bf as it is at 16-18% bodyfat.
    so let's say it's 2500kcal, frick if you are active it's easily 3000kcal a day. how do you have trouble eating 2500-3000kcal a day at your maintenance? it's piss easy, the hardest part is getting there and most people just never do the cut.

      Yeah the cut is a motherfricker and you are right that it is easier to maintain being lean once you're there. I've been trying to bulk up a bit and even while still eating without training for 3 weeks (sick) my weight has barely changed and I see no difference in the mirror.

    I can only stay lean though cardio + a really pro-metabolic diet (no static calorie totals). If you eat a consistent amount you just kind of adjust to that pace of things but if you get surpluses some days deficits others it tends to make everything work a little better at least in terms of staying lean. It's hard for gaining though.

    Just get on T4 and be done with it.
    You know how many billions of asians have extremely fast thyroids, eat buckets of rice and noodles all day?

    Most of them have six packs, they just don’t go around showing them off because they are super low test.
    You’ll probably find it way harder to maintain your gains and even harder to gain muscle.

    The secret is genetics lol. Some people are naturally lean just the way it is. If those people are somewhat good looking and work out a little this is the result. Diet is irrelevant unless ur American/British and only have literal garbage available

    Get lean and don't overeat. Remove goyslop entirely. No cheat days. No restaurant. You will remain lean all year long. As soon as you do any of the things I told you not to do, you will see the scale go up or your body will lose some of it's leaness.

    I have a body like that I maintain on a diet of 2500-3000 calories a day. I never feel hungry and eat a surprsing amount of snacks/junk. Only real difference between me and skinnyfats is that i'm more active. People can't fathom that you need to work to get a decent body.

    I don't even put in any efforts for it too. I eat 4 nice meals a day and snack on home made desserts every day. I work out like twice a weak and keep active with work. I've had a body the OP all my 20s and I turn 27 soon

    I have type 1 beetus but I don't take insulin, I eat whatever I want and I easily maintain my physique at 6' 155 lbs while liftan 5x a week with some cardio.
