Pure bullshit, running builds strong joints and bones. It’s fricking incredible how liftcels immediately adopt fatty cope rhetoric when running is brought up. If fat is a state of mind, you’re a fricking balloon.

Your body is literally designed to run. Your dyel knees are directly caused by your lack of running, fatty. Post body

Tips for achieving a runners high? I’ve never felt good while running but I still do it anyways.

Try going for longer at a slower pace. Wear an extra layer of clothing to work up a sweat.

So a runners high isn’t typically something you can get while running a mile? I typically train by running one mile as quickly as possible. Would doing 5k instead be a better way to enjoy cardio training?

do yourself a favor and save your knees. do jump ropes instead.

I got a good jump rope and I suck at it. I guess with practice I'll get better, but I always end up hitting myself and ruining the flow.

maybe you are doing them too fast? slow down your pace for a start. elbows tucked in, let the wrists do the movements. another factor is the lenght of your rope. just watch some youtube videos to understand it better i guess.
              >I guess with practice I'll get better
with proper form and gear, you will.

It only comes to me after I hit the wall and choose to run further or harder. Try pushing yourself past what you think you are able and see where that gets you, it worked for me

      >t. Lost 80 lbs and counting after I learned how much fun trail running is last summer

People like different things. You twink homosexuals always b***hed and moaned when we had to flip tires and push sleds for football but I loved it.

I like swimming more. I got up to a 3 mile a day routine. My fricking feet hurt so bad after a few months and I couldn't get the high as easy after that much. My town is gay for running.

I've ran a ton. Football and track. Never got runner's high in my life shit is made up and a cope for doing something so incredibly dull on purpose.

Only good middle/long distance runners get it not football players/sprinters. I'm talking 10k as a warmup for a track workout not the bullshit football players do.

There's no such thing as runners high. You're just light-headed and glycogen deprived.

Because my legs have always been fricked up and I can't even run .2 miles without my legs beginning to drag and having immense pain in my lower legs. Not sure what it is. Not like the israelite doctors ever know or do anything for you
