that's not even 1 per second dude, wtf, only fat people can't do it

Just do 1 a second with a 20 second break half way

But I'm talking fingers interlaced behind your head, feet held down, shoulders on the floor, touch your elbows to your knees, and then back down.
It seems impossible to go fast enough in that form fast enough in one second.
I keep trying and now I have a headache and am dizzy for jerking my head around so fast.
I'm not talking crunches or arms on your chest or some shit like that.

I have no idea how to go fast enough. I can do them and I don't stall out. It's just I can't go fast enough it's stupid.

Why do you even care about going fast then?
Either do them fast or do them with perfect form for max stretch

cheat with shitty ROM like most people who claim that feat

No cheating, it's for a physical government enforcement team examination.
I literally have not seen a single fricking video of someone doing that many, in that time frame, with that specific form. Not one. I don't UNDERSTAND how the FRICK it's possible without RIPPING YOUR HEAD OFF. I have a migraine, I've been trying all day. I got to 35 which is the fastest I went the entire time and felt sick after.

Are your feet under something? If so you can try and use your legs to cheat, it's not visible but you doing it can tell the difference

I will literally post their video so you guys can critique it.

You wanna join the Navy Seals?

No dude I just want to pull people over in boats and rescue drunk people. I mean, I'm gonna continue doing these until somehow I just barely hit that 40 and hope I get lucky enough to not choke during the test. But man, all the other requirements I can ace easy because they're reasonable. 11:58 min 1.5 mile run time? Easy. 33 push ups? lol. This fricking moron bullshit? 1 MINUTE? I've been trying non stop and my head hurts so bad now I'm angry.

Take a break and try again later. Try your best to be able to do over 40 reliably, they've found that most people do worse on the official test than they do when they self test. Part of this is just people half repping or lying, but there's the added stress of the exam as well as having to do all the other shit at the same time.

Have you ever exercised before? Build up to a 100 a day, are you doing this for military/martial arts test?

If so pick the exercises that are going to be on the test and do 5xmax in 1 hour of each going from back, abs, chest, legs, arms workouts and rotate back to back after each set, minimum rest to stabilize breath/heart.

(not op) My country has mandatory national service, where to score full points for situps, I must do 60 in a minute.

I personally can't hit that at the moment, typically hitting something like 47 or 48.

What I do to train is literally just 100 situps everyday, but I keep changing the composition, to raise my max rep count.

    Eg
    30/30/30/10
    35/30/30/5
    40/30/30
    ...
    60/40
With maybe 2mins of rest in between

Not crunches. Not arms on your chest, out, bent, or to your sides. Literally fingers interlaced behind your head, shoulders on the GROUND, heels flat on the ground, and then raise up until your elbows touch your knees and then back down.
I’ve found that every single person I talk to when I mention this and says “oh I can do 60 in a minute lmao” has the entire form wrong in their head. When I show them they agree that it’s dumb and the sheer centrifugal force on your head alone makes it painful to attempt to do that motion in under one or two seconds for enough reps in that time frame.

Basically I think you’re either misunderstanding or lying. I have not seen anyone do it in that form that fast yet and I feel like I’m being fricked with somehow.
Like I can do 100 sit ups in a single set with this proper form. JUST NOT MEGA FAST. It’s frustrating.

One more tip I can give is to keep your legs apart, like maybe walking gait distance so about 25cm apart.

Keeping them together puts stronger pressure on the center of your hips, which is really uncomfortable

Yeah they said to not keep them too far away or too close because then it becomes a hip flexor type move as well. I agreed on that advice.
It’s just the speed of it makes it frustrating. I have no problem doing hundreds of sit ups if I have to.
