How the fuck do you judge the ammount of muscle mass you have when you're high bodyfat?
I have LITERALLY no idea if I'm bigger or not than the average guy. Been lifting for 1.5 years by the way. Everywhere I post any pic of me people just say It's all fat and no muscle (including here) so this kinda makes me a bit insecure
should I be bigger for 1.5 years lifting?
