Learn to eat cans of tuna without dressing them up. One can = 45ish protein. Two cans and you're half way to your goal. Toss in eggs for breakfast, a protein shake, 5 oz of chicken breast, and you're done.

It is not a coincidence that fitness influencers and science that are usually backed by supplement companies recommend an amount of daily protein that would be hard to take in with whole foods and must be supplemented.
Get at least 30-40g of protein at breakfast, lunch is whatever, then a large bolus at dinner, another 30-40g or more, up to 60g. This is based off of 37 year old adults, so their ability to digest protein is actually worse than a younger person's.
