        I don't think it's genetic, mine has improved alot since I started lifting.

        I think it's due to over developed pushing muscles/lats and underdeveloped traps and rear delts.

        Which would make alot of sense since this dude is a calisthenic athlete.

        Posture is almost entirely due to muscle weakness, I've legit never seen a muscular advanced lifter have shit posture. Most of the dudes with horrible posture are skinny/skinny fat.

    Do some wall angels and think about your posture at all times. Sleep on your back on a hard mattress no pillow. Don't slump in a desk for 8 hours a day. Do deadhangs. Stretch chest. Imagine a stringe is attached to the top of your skull lightly pulling it up at all times. Get a strong back. Focus on external rotation and scapular movements. Make sure your posterior chain is good.

    OP, don't listen to these people. That's upper cross syndrome. You need to stop doing chest if you have that and strengthen your shoulders/back.

    Source: I had it and my chiro gave me exercises to fix it and stated no chest exercises whatsoever.

      His shoulders and back are clearly strong. More so than his chest. He somehow managed to get that without learning to hold a good posture and he's never had to brace his neck in his life. A few beatings and/or a car accident would fix him up in no time.
