I'm not sure you can logic your way out of this.
Logically it's obvious that there will always be someone bigger than you.
What usually happens to trigger the worst of this?

The simplest short term solution is to stop placing yourself in those situations.
Longer term you need to look at what the source of that anxiety is. We're you bullied by someone larger than you at a formative age? Are you feeling fear when you see bigger people or shame at being smaller?

taller/fitter people r superior that is all

            Anonymous

            Incorrect on many levels.
There are lots of tall, fit guys in jail.
Conversely some of the richest and most influencial people in the world are short and fat.
Virtually all of us fall somewhere in the middle but being tall and fit is clearly by definition not superior.
Of course it seems that way if we totally immerse ourselves in the .01% of the world that values these traits.
A person with average intelligence is going to feel like a complete moron if they insist on spending all their time among elite level engineers.
So if you decide to spend your time around the kind of people doing roids like diabetics do insulin and you chose to value size in your life then of course you're going to feel deficient.

Not what I was getting at, just that they don't epitomize intelligence and people who think they do are probably moronic.

So you think elite tier engineers are not smart.
For a dude that spends his time talking shit on in the internet that must rank you as a fricking vegetable.

Tbf their skill set doesn't require extreme intelligence. It helps, and they can't be complete dumdums, but it's not a given.
But anyway, that was just a simile, why are we going off on that tangent?

You’re confusing intelligence with memory. Most normies do this hence why they assume everyone with a college degree is smart when it actually tends to be the opposite. The truly smart guy either found a way to “cheat” the system, remove themselves from depending on a paycheck entirely, or simply avoided being scammed by college because they had enough common sense to see that the math doesn’t add up

My observation has been that most people with strong social situations (ie "winners") have no base line good looks. They're Chads only in the sense of being somewhat socially fearless. Which again is to say they lack social anxiety.
People often conflate being good looking with a lack social anxiety and assume the latter relies on the former but it's not true.
There are a LOT of stunningly attractive people that never get anywhere in life and then hit the wall early, in part due to social anxiety.

              how to fix

                Learn to love yourself.
Your life is only yours, and you shouldn't measure yourself against other people to determine whether you're successful or not. Set goals for yourself and work towards accomplishing them, but also understand that no matter what you do, there will ALWAYS be someone better than you.

Why must it be a complex? Maybe he's just inferior and had a shit body.

It's a complex because it's a mindset that's setting him up for constant unhappiness. If someone being better than you causes you grief, then you'll live a really shitty life.

I know exactly what you mean. But remember that you are beautiful in your own right. I don't mean that in a fat acceptance type way either.

Since you're aware of the dismoprhia, try to focus more on the compliments you've gotten in the last when you feel inadequate. Remember how far you've gotten and how proud the you from 5 years ago would be if he saw you now.

Don't take PEDs. You've done so well without them and I promise you that you will regret it severely. Just take a minute to yourself when you feel poorly, and remember the times when you felt great and others did too, and remember that you look even better now than you ever did.

Also this. Someone will always be bigger than you. Applies to literally everything in life someone will always be better at everything you do. The sooner you accept this the better your life will be. Had this lesson beaten into me in the military. Thought I was hot shit back in high school then enlisted and learned I was only slightly above average in most aspects and there were many guys that looked better, ran faster, lifted more, shot better, and fought better. Very few people are able to put their ego aside and truly grasp that it is impossible to be the best at everything

Are you gay? Serious question, you're focused on other men, you obsess over their bodies, you can't even have sex with women without thinking about men. Someone says, "you're attractive, lots of girls like that" and your response is, "but what about a BUFF, HOT MOGGING MUSCULAR CHAD?" Who? homie, you are homosexual.

Anon, aim to get more muscle, but b***hes really love otter mode. Take it from a manlet muscle chode. It’s cool being strong as frick, but most chicks don’t care if you don’t have a 6 pack and how much you can bench doesn’t mean shit in the grand scheme of things as long as you’re decently strong. Get as big as you can while still having abs

I'm with you brother, except I'm about 8 months in myself and went from mostly skeleton my whole life to half decent looking.

I went from years without sex to several women in a very short period. They all tell me they love my body, especially the V, yet I still do the same as you.

Listen to what others say about you, disregard what you think about yourself.

If only others say you're hot, you're hot.
If only you say you're hot, you're not.
