        Nuts in general. Cashews; wallnuts, almonds, hazel nuts, pistachios. But also dairy. Milk, cheese and yoghurt.

      Nuts are god tier for density. Nut butters on a good bread is also technically a complete protein.

    bulking is literally so fucking cheap there's definitely no excuses. dieting is expensive as fuck though because it "forces" you to eat certain type of food, which is generally expensive. Fitting 150g of protein for sub 2000kcal is many many MANY times more expensive.

    Bread with pesto spread on it. Carb is king on bulk. Leave the most of protein intake for the last meal of the day so you won’t feel full during the day.
