How to cut out fat at home

I'm done.
I'm done with all the fork put downs.
I'm done with all the side effects of cutting calories.
I don't care anymore.
I've throw up, felt weak, and lost sleep just to lose weight and still have no abs.
I've suffered too long and too far for no results and so I'm just done.
I'm going to go in the kitchen and use what knives I own to cut into my own skin and slice out the fat.
You can either walk me through this, or you I'll do it myself but I am fricking done.
Give me the instructions on how to cut out all the adipose tissue in my belly.

    I have done this it works just start small and slowly work you way up your body will adapt. Take offa minimal layer of fat tonight ans when it heals dig deeper the next time. Takes extreme mental strength but is easy in hindsight - do not listen to people saying it cannot be done

    I did none of those things and lost 40lbs because I ate at a moderate deficit for a long time instead of freaking out and doing stupid crash diets like fasting you fricking moron. Your problem isnt food its your lack of patience and persistence.

    Take a vitamin c and d in the evenings every other evening before you go to bed. You pee out excess vitamin c. Excess vitamin d is stored in your fat... A vitamin e in the morning. Excess vitamin e stores in your fat. A doctor might tell you to take a multivitamin. Eat less heavy fat. Saturated and trans. Drink water or crystal light or something. Might help.

        You need to train them or there won't be anything to show even without the fat. Train your abs as often as you can handle. They can be trained every day if you want, hanging leg raises and/or ab wheel. Stomach vacuums are mainly good for keeping the waist tight. I owe my abs to these two exercises as well as cutting fat.

    If you're really this serious-
    Take a few iu's growth hormone in the morning then do fasted cardio for an hour.
    If that's not enough take DNP but learn what you're doing first because if you frick it up you will die.

                try brining it or cut/pound it thin and sear it, but no matter what you do it's gonna be tougher than better cuts of meat. The point is getting your protein without a ton a fat.
