          They did studies on ED before and found the majority of men with ED also had sleep apnea. Now there's also the idea here that fat shitter men have sleep apnea and therefor probably other reasons for their ED as well, but still it's a fact that testosterone drives libido and lack of sleep destroys test.

          You produce most of your test when you sleep and the test production cycle doesn't occur until REM sleep. This is why it's highest in the morning. If you're only sleeping 6 hours or your sleep keeps getting interrupted then that process is getting interrupted and starts over once your body is able to hit deeper sleep again. This is why too if you don't sleep well you're not gonna get morning wood. Your test is fricked and also the body "systems check" that raises your morning wood doesn't even get to happen.
