No way, unless you juice. Those pecs are at least a year of hard work and since you're a massive dyel who probably doesnt know anything about bodyfat cycling, its going to take you a few cut/bulks to learn that too.
        I think

is right, 2 years with some normal effort. 1 year if you put autism level of effort into it.

No way to get that in 6 months unless you juice is what I meant. That body is definitely natty achievable.

Yes, it is possible. If you include cardio and kettlebell exercises in your program you could achieve this in 3 months.

Based on your current bod this’ll take close to 2 years. Don’t let that discourage you in the slightest. Don’t let that distract you either.
You need to focus on your diet, primarily eating excess protein and minimizing dead calories like sugar. Start thinking of food purely as building blocks to build muscle.
Do cardio 3 times a week, lift 3 or 4 times a week. On rest days eat a ton of protein and get at least 9 hours of sleep.
On the topic of sleep, get 7-8 hours nightly (muscle repairs itself when you sleep)
    Stay away from booze.
Don’t get discouraged. Remember the pain you suffer now will be well worth it when you have your dream bod in 24 months.
    Good luck op.

Lmaoing at the guys suggesting 2 years is realistic. This is peak natty limit or past it for almost all men. The most likely scenario for every lifter on earth is that he will never, ever look like this in a lifetime of lifting.

Dumb frick, that pic is 90% lighting and angle. Just because you're small doesn't mean every one else is on juice.
If that guy wore a t-shirt, nobody would tell he looks so fit.

Painfully obvious a beginner lifter, probably not even in your first year but you can post body to prove me wrong

Train and focus on shoulders, chest, arms and abs. I'd recommend one of Jeff Nippard's programs.
