I went 3 months without drinking it but probably need to go back so I can poop while cutting.

stop drinking it if you don't like it moron. if you want the caffeine get caffeine pills.

I have constipation and I'm too poor to afford caffeine pills, plus they probably won't work the same as normal coffee. They help my stomach somehow.

      This coffee is not black.
If you drinking black coffee from cups like these you should be beaten with a baton , my opinion.

How should I make black coffee the right way then?

black coffee is great i hate polluting it with milk
i love the full body of coffee but it's not phglemy or heavy like milk
maybe try buying better coffee look for blonde roasts - dark roasts are just burnt shit
coffee doesn't have to be super bitter it can be fruity

        >I'm too poor to afford caffeine pills
bruh they are like $2 for a pack but idk if they'd have the same laxative effect as coffee

this is what beans should look like. Espresso beans look darker as they are roasted longer to remove the bad taste. If they look dark and oily/shiny, you got the worst beans possible. Coffee should have hints of fruit and chocolate

espresso beans should be lighter lmao but they are burnt to hell and back because yeah it gets rid of the bad taste of bad beans

espresso beans are almost always a mix of Arabica and Robusta beans. Robusta beans have a higher amount of cafeine but taste bitter. To remove the bad taste they get roasted longer. Most people think coffee should have that bitter burnt taste because they are used to it.

            >Roast Light
almost all big brand coffee is a blend of beans regardless of what it claims it's for
            >Most people think coffee should have that bitter burnt taste because they are used to it.
big agree and i think it's terrible that coffee has such an undeserved reputation because it really doesn't have ti be very bitter

I said that almost all espresso beans are a mix of Rubusta and Arabic, not all. There is also big difference between the qualities and taste of Arabica beans. Just like with wine, you have top wine and wine sold in bags.
              >big agree and i think it's terrible that coffee has such an undeserved reputation because it really doesn't have ti be very bitter.
Its just that people are used to that bitter taste. Good quality coffee always has that fruity taste to it.

that coffee is a mix i'm just pointing out that a major brand has a light roast for its espresso blends
it's always been my thought that you need the best quality beans for espresso because it's the most intense coffee flavor and the best quality beans need the least roasting to preserve their flavor
                >Its just that people are used to that bitter taste.
well yeah and imo that's a major reason a lot of people think it's gross
i guess coffee is expensive enough i should be glad there isn't even morw demand but idiots will drink bad coffee every day and complain about it

        get one of these
        >grind beans
        >put them in the French press
        >boil water
        >wait 40 seconds for water to cool down
        >pour water in
        >wait 3.5/4 minutes

Agreed I also make mine with a bialetti. Buying a coffee grinder is also a huge step up in quality, compared to pre ground coffee.

1 teaspoon of coffee powder in the strainer enough for 200ml, put heated water in (not boiling). Drink it. Is that wrong?

bro wait I take it back YES get better coffee than instant powder shit thats literally bottom of the barrel cant get any worse than that get one of those metal ones you throw on the stove or like a keurig or coffee pot if you have the space

Stovetop coffee can make a pretty decent cup actually. I'd say a teaspoon is too little. A generally good ratio is 40g of coffee per liter of water, so that would be around 8 g of coffe for 200ml.

I also wouldn't bother with a teastrainer, just dump it into the boiling water for as long as tastes right to you, then remove from heat and let the grounds settle on the bottom while cooling a bit.

If using pre ground see what I wrote here

    Just make some bulletproof coffee.
I make mine double dose every morning:

    >2 cups of coffee (480ml)
    >10g of Ghee
    >3g (1 teaspoon) of MCT oil
    >50g of 10% coffee cream
    >2 teaspoons of Stevia

Everything in the blender for 15 seconds and it's great. I'm on OMAD and it holds me throughout the whole day.
