        Men tend to lose fat in the limbs first and in the abdomen last. His legs got muscular from the leg exercise which makes the legs look leaner as well. No spot reduction occurred, this is just how he gains and loses fat genetically.

                I've lost 30 lbs in the last four weeks because I stopped eating garbage and started doing 10k meters a day on the rowing machine. I would like to start doing this though.

    If you're on a bulk, they're hard to avoid sometimes, but when you're done with whatever program you're running; do a bodybuilding split like WS4SB with a lot of assistance exercises that work the obliques like russian twists or work with a medicine ball.

      People at work literally call me skinny, "skin and bones," and say I'm "wasting away" at a BMI of 29, literally 1 point away from clinical obesity. I'm 6 feet tall which does help, but I still have a prominent belly and manboobs. Every time someone calls me skinny or thin I die a little inside, and it's keeping me motivated to actually lose weight and lift so I can deserve being called those things.

    spot reduction aint possible as already stated but you can change your hormone balance to help a little bit.
    yohimbine supposedly can help, tanking your estrogen with ais and obviously testosterone, trenbolone and cardarine. you still have to cut to a solid sixpack

    Drop more weight and tone up. Cardio and swimming are great because they can do both with one exercise.

    There isn't a way to target fat loss cause fat distribution comes down to your genetics.
