How to get rid of manboobs

I have lost around 10kg last 3 months and I still have a way to go but my boobs are still big. I guess I have gynecomastia.
Is there a way to get rid of it without surgery?

Have you ever exercised before? You look untouched by physical activity. Are you following a workout plan?

I exercised some years before but I never got to "fit" stage.

I stopped intake of onions and other products which boost estrogen. I only drink alcohol sometime on weekend.

    >that line across the center of the torso indicating long periods sitting, folding
I used to look exactly like this. I'm like 5ish months into lifting and I've never been happier. still a long way to go. So glad I don't have this line anymore.
WAGMI OP. Just work out hard 3-4 days a week, do NOT underestimate the importancy of recovery/rest days, and eat properly.

Yeah, I work as a software engineer and basically sit in the office 8 hours per day. I also spend a lot of time on my PC.

Did/do you have manboobs as well?

Not trying to desincourage you at all, but your case is pretty much glandular gyno.
Try feeling the texture behind your nipples.. is it rough? Or is it just flat? If it's rough, it's glandular gyno.
The only way for glandular gyno is surgery. However, with proper diet, exercise and sleep you will look 100x better for sure.

I also have glandular gyno, it's very mild, however, when I was fat, it would look pretty bad due to the puffy nipples.
Usually, in warm weather you can get puffy nipples and they may show through your shirt. I managed to reduced it with exercises, it reduced the times it got puffy.

If it's something that really annoy you (after you have lost weight and got in shape) try getting a surgery in a GOOD place.

I am 100% sure that you will look much better with proper exercise

Yeah, I can feel it is not flat when I press on my nipple.
Did you get the surgery? I am mostly scared about the scaring.

            Didn't get the surgery.
I decided that it's not that bad and not worthy of concern.
In the begginning it would bother me a lot, however, once I started exercising, I started giving it less importance.

i did for my whole life since puberty. I have such a small chest its probably my least defined feature. I can barely bench 135 for like 2-3 reps. But the breasts are gone and its flat now and for that I'm very proud. It's only been that way for like 10 months or so since I started getting serious about diet and exercise. But I was doing a lot of stuff wrong (no rest days, cutting when I should have been bulking, etc) for a long time. So I only see myself as having like 5-6 months of real progress.

OP I wouldn't suggest considering surgery at all right now. I don't know anything about gyno like this anon, but I've had b***h breasts like this my whole life and a lifestyle change made them go away. If you go hard in the gym and eat better and they are still there in like a year then maybe think of surgery??? But not before you try the natural option.

I've had a little bit of b***h breasts in the past. Do bench presses. It helps.

I do, but wouldn't it just make them seem even bigger?

      PS I combine lifting 4x + 1x 5km run per week

        No.

It's better to have gyno in a strong chest than to have it in a weak and fat chest (which will look like boobs)

Do not neglect one single part of your body, work all your body, including things like glutes and calves

you're very fat. try losing weight. and lift. in 99.9% of cases this fixes b***h fits and "gyno" on here but mfers can't handle they're storing fat in their chest and haven't lost enough weight

Gyno can, most of the time, only be dissociated from adipo with medical imagery techniques.

    Cut.
