What are your experiences with face creams? I'm using a over the country retinol cream since 2 days ago, not much difference yet. What's a good face care regime?
I was in the exact same situation as you. Try to completely remove salt from your diet. You obviously won't succeed because they put tons of it in everything but you'll manage to get your sodium rda if you eat mostly homemade meals with no added salt and avoid obviously salty foods like french fries.
I had this issue for a while when I let myself go. Salt, drink a frick ton of water, use retinol, use hyaluronic acid before you put moisturizer on, and do that shit like clockwork, also sleep apnea or allergies and shit can make it worse, so get that shit looked at too.
Yep, I never had these until I developed a full blown sleep disorder. Haven't sleep a restful night in years at this point. It fricking sucks. Aged me more in the last six years than anything before.
I have tried a lot of products. Pic related has helped me the most. It’s expensive but it lasts long, you can probably find it on sale somewhere though. I also apply a light layer of vaseline under eyes before i sleep.
A skin care routine (cleanser, toner, moisturize, serum, sunscreen, exfoliate 1-3x a week) will also go a long way for your entire skin. More importantly you need to make peace with having dark circles. It won’t go away in it’s entirety. I spent a lot of time worrying about mine. I realized I don’t care what other people think and that it looks cool on me. I don’t mind them anymore.

You unironically need to start using a face cream like women.

Vitamin C serum around your eyes everyday before you go to sleep.
Salt could be causing it. Salt makes your body retain water, the skin around your eyes is softer so it's more noticable
Do you do cardio?
Do you have anything in your life that you look forward to? That keeps you going?
you just need to get out of your room and into the sun more regularly, come on anon
Nah, you can get them from sleep deprivation for extended periods of time. It’ll go away if it’s not genetic
