Build deltoids
Build lats
Shoulder-press builds the front of the deltoids, then throw in some shrugs or something to build the back of your deltoids.
Just a strong lateral pull-down to build your lats
Of course your skeleton won't get wider, but due to mass increase you'll get easily four inches or so wider at the shoulders.

focus on upper body obviously if you want a better upper body

fuck around with angles + focal distance + camera lens sizes, spam some lateral raises and voila
Wide-Grip Pullups, breathing Chest Flys.
It's not that complicated. Train deltoids and trapezius. Be careful with deltoids. In particular lateral raises. Do them with the thumb shifting up.
*thumb always being in an upwards angle. Easier to hurt your deltoid with parallel and especially with thumb shifting down.
Did way too much of this Saturday and the DOMS are killing me right now.
DB shrugs are shit for traps unless you want to spend a lot of money on dumbells. Trap bar shrugs, power shrugs, and farmers carry are superior.
I can tell you've never done them if you think they are shit
Build your upper body muscles like your traps and delts, obviously. Also work on your posture.
Upper back + shoulders
True, unironic answer: Swim
You wont see quick results, but your frame will drastically grow over time.
seconded
