    Build deltoids
    Build lats
    Shoulder-press builds the front of the deltoids, then throw in some shrugs or something to build the back of your deltoids.
    Just a strong lateral pull-down to build your lats
    Of course your skeleton won't get wider, but due to mass increase you'll get easily four inches or so wider at the shoulders.

    It's not that complicated. Train deltoids and trapezius. Be careful with deltoids. In particular lateral raises. Do them with the thumb shifting up.
