How to have male body type when I'm female? I want broad shoulders, narrow hips, etc. Don't ask me why I want this, I'm not gonna answer and this is not the point of this thread. I'm very skinny, my BMI is 17. I'm also very weak right now, I can't even do one push-up properly. I want to get stronger and bulkier. If I'll work out for an hour everyday, how much will change in a month? and in 6 months? Keep in mind that I'm not testosteronized so it'll be harder for me to gain muscle. My main goal is to get physically strong, and to have a male, mesomorphic body type. Which exercises do you recommend? And how to reduce fat in my hips without getting them bigger?
