How to improve at this point?

I’m literally not joking, I can clearly see my abs, ribs and veins but my face looks like pic related. I’m starting to think I have a shitty bone structure.
Do I need to get a procedure done to look better?

    Get a good haircut. Look up hairstyles for your head shape. I think yours is called heart-shaped? Maybe round? An actual stylist could probably tell you.
    That's at least 1 or 2 on the 10-scale right there.

    Face takes longer to adjust to fitness than other areas. If the 11% is new, maintain for a while.
    Also, if that 11% is a mirror estimate, maybe look into getting it tested.

    Face exercises are mostly a meme, but not entirely. The little forehead lines from strong eyebrows seem to be pretty popular among women.

      Also before a surgery (read another anon saying you were considering one) try eating thought food for a while . Not kidding. Like for 3/4 months try chewing on something hard, some say it helps with the jawline. But like i said leonardo di caprio has a similar face structure and he is not ugly, he knows how to style his face and so you don't necessarily need surgery.
