Hmmm is this true?
I mean I did finish uni 3 years ago and I'm getting dumber/memory feels worse since then.
I found a cozy job thats not challenging enough mentally I guess. Maybe I should practice math on my own?
I’m currently in the final stages of developing an external hard drive for human neural processing made of composite organic silicon that can be implanted directly into the brain. Total memory capacity and processing power will increase ten-fold through the huge RAM boost
The only way to improve your memory is to exercise it and to make the world less unknown, the more patterns you notice, the easier it will be to create new similar patterns.
dual n-back training then asap moving on to triple and quad n-back training
triple n-back makes my memory so fricking sharp but its hard to stick with the training because its very fatiguing if you do it right
There is no increase benefits through changing n back variables. You can reap all the benefits through doing both dual, tri, quad and even penta.
There is a lot more than N Back for brain training. I am even thinking of making my own
I'm sure there are ways to improve your overall 'passive' memory, but if you want to have a great memory for your studies or work you should seriously learn and train memory techniques, like the method of loci. They're active techniques that require conscious effort, which turns normies off of them, but nothing else you do will even come close in terms of effectiveness.
emerald gemstone is most recomended stone for memory.
Mercury beej mantra to increase intelligence.
Semen retention acts as neurosteroids.
The fats in egg yolks contain many rare fats used in the nervous system - lecithin, choline, etc.
Glucose is the perferred fuel for the brain, and the brain consumes about 25% of the total caloric intake. So you have to focus on optimizing your entire body metabolism, in order to boost brain function.
Typical power output of the brain is about 100W.
ketones proven in many human and animal RCTs to improve cognition and memory. these were done in those with MCI or AD so unclear if this extends to those without these conditions but its not impossible
why would anyone would want to improve their memory? what's the point of remembering things? you can just write things down somewhere and forget about it forever and keep your mind focused on more important things
processing power > memory
maths and puzzles

Sure. No reason not to. I got better at mental math by adding up change when I worked at McDonalds. Sounds moronic but you can do math anywhere

before bed think of your day and see how much you can remember
Omad
but thats bad for thyroid :
That’s not bad for anything

Muscle grow by making small injuries in the muscle, so you must cause small injuries in your brain to increase your intelligence
the brain isnt a muscle moron

Don't know if it helps and there is no way to really compare to others.
