Do some form of endurance cardio hiking is great as is swimming but if you don't have access to areas to hike or a pool / lake to swim in, just walk around your neighborhood. a one hour stroll listening to music, an audiobook, or a podcast will burn a couple hundred calories and accelerate your weight loss as well as build in a buffer for failing your calorie restriction.
Plan to fail, no one is perfect and you will frick up, it's a fact of life. the important thing is when you fall off the wagon, get back on immediately, don't take it as an excuse to frick off for a few days, a week, a month, a year, the rest of your life.
I've been doing nothing more than an hour's walk a day on average. I've lost 20kg or so just by counting calories with a 2k cap. Three to four months going.
Once or twice a week it'll be two or three hours walk. For a while once a week I'd have a 3k calorie day. It's been a few weeks since I've done that though.

Diet and walk your fat-ass outside for an hour each day. Throw in some push-ups every now and then.
