How to maximize the size and performance of the prefrontal cortex?

Obviously one should engage with it constantly but what about the nutrition and physical part. When you're walking you're giving yourself micro-concussions so that's probably bad for it.

Dude literally 100% of brain advice is
    1. Exposure to new, challenging stimulus
    2. Healthy habits
    3. Start young and keep going until synaptic pruning is finished
BTW it's a waste to "brain max" outside general health and fitness. (like you should exercise, eat well, etc.)
What most people interpret as intelligence is usually just people who are well adapted to their environment. Even the smartest people in the world look like morons if thrown into an environment where they don't speak the language. Hyperspecialize in something society wants -> be good at what you do -> do it. Don't try to game the system by tricking your brain into stretching itself thin.

cont like I knew this kid in highschool who was severely autistic, literally so autistic he could hardly form coherent sentences and could hardly do anything to communicate except hold up an ipad and show other people youtube videos that he liked.
Meanwhile he's running a youtube channel in the background and it's the most popular ceiling fan collecting youtube video on the planet. 2 times a day for like 5 years straight this low functioning nonverbal autistic kid was pulling apart and putting back together ceiling fans so fast he could shred them to the bare screw and nail and then put them back together again with zero mistakes on cam reliably plus name virtually every ceiling fan model ever made.
The kid was insanely smart but his parents were throwing him alone into a room with an ipad and only one object worth playing wtih, a ceiling fan, and then expecting their "smart kid" to turn into an engineer or some shit when in reality he turned into a lolcow, threatened to kill himself like 3-4 times to the ceiling fan community, then rage deleted his own channel and we never heard from him again probably left in a psych ward or something since he baredly passed highschool at all.

o_0 when I was in middle school I memorised girls license plates a lot and especially that of my crush at the time (whose i will never forget) and then i would say it out loud and to them

        >be good at what you do regardless of intellect

how is this not rock solid?

So he had bad upbringing and thus being highly intelligent is bad? Do you even comprehend what you're saying?

Virtually all of what people perceive as intelligence is recognition abilities and sensitivity to environment. Stuff like calculatory abilities can be turned savantlike if grey matter corticle modules are fragmented and interstitial white matter is thin and underconnected but that's only for savants. Do you really want to be a savant-autist like in my post about the ceiling fan savant?
I'd be fine being a savant if I were an aerospace engineer or economist. I'd rather not be a savant starwars enthusiast.
Either you need a strong description of what intelligence is exactly or else we wont be able to do anything except look at isolated examples of shit.
Take like high-functioning autists for example: overactivation and hypersensitivity of Broca's area, underconnected and under-syncronized brocas area to wernicks area connections, and underactive wernick's area.
On one hand they appear hyper-intelligent if you're having a casual conversation with them about an objective topic like STEM shit, on the other hand they look like low functioning autists when the subject shifts off of communications

This is like neurology and stuff, you can get specific if you want but it's generally true that intelligence is pretty illusory, with the exception of stuff like EAT HEALTHY, EXERCISE, DON'T FILL YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM WITH LEAD!!!

it's a shame that autists waste their "intelligence" on moronic shit like ceiling fans and memorizing license plates

You don't get it at all. Hyper-savant like abilities develop BEFORE executive functioning does. That means the TOPIC of their special interest is 100% the parent's fault every single time no matter what. Most parents don't even realize it but they often punish their child by throwing them alone into an environment, and the kid just gets insanely good at whatever they're alone with. For this kid's case, he was left alone in a room with only a ceiling fan to entertain him.

            >Being good at something won't help you when the people above you're trying their best to destroy you and mindfrick you.
Dude listen you don't understand at all what I'm saying. What game are those people playing? capitalism? espionage? technocracy? politics? it doesn't matter.

Intelligence is an illusion. The reality is that your brain is a walking talking thinking feeling slab of fat and water that functions like a network of neurons. Whatver you think intelligence is, you aquire it through early exposure and constant never ending challenging stimulus. There are very few ways to influence the brain to hack it into physically shaping itself to the way you want
I'm not sure exactly how to put this but what I'm trying to say is: if you think "smart" is good memory, go get a good memory. Do it now before synaptic pruning stops. If you think "smart" is being a good capitalist, go be a good capitalist now and do it before synaptic pruning stops.
There is no magic "generalized" intelligence except for extremely obvious stuff like PCD via drug abuse or literally inhaling lead or eating lead paint or brain damage or something.

https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/articles/200507/the-grandmaster-experiment Here's an explanation that goes into more detail.

            >That's why we are going to get replaced, because of subhuman traitors like you who want to act black. You will never be cool, you will always be a laughing stock.
You can't see into the future like I can. You call yourself category A and there are 26 of you in category A. Do you know what 26 savant-like autistic people working together would call themselves? They would call themselves aA, aB, aC,... through aZ. They don't see themselves as replacing YOU. They see themselves as better than you at one half of your job, worse than you at the other half of your job, and happy to split the work because that's how intelligence works. The future is hypermutability not superiority/inferiority. Specialize now.

It's not about the article, it's about the Polgar story. I can't believe you haven't heard it before and it's really important in the world of psychology in terms of how people perceive intelligence. To paraphrase:
                >man obsessed with what makes people great
                >Forty years ago, Laszlo Polgar, a Hungarian psychologist, conducted an epistolary courtship with a Ukrainian foreign language teacher named Klara. His letters to her weren't filled with reflections on her cherubic beauty or vows of eternal love. Instead, they detailed a pedagogical experiment he was bent on carrying out with his future progeny. After studying the biographies of hundreds of great intellectuals, he had identified a common theme—early and intensive specialization in a particular subject. Laszlo thought the public school system could be relied upon to produce mediocre minds. In contrast, he believed he could turn any healthy child into a prodigy.
                result:
                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judit_Polg%C3%A1r#Child_prodigy

Now do the same with something else. Math? Language? Comp sci? Economics? you decide. Go for it.

It's fascinating to me how you're afraid of "the hordes" replacing you, while simultaneously rejecting what I'm saying despite me literally trying to describe to you how to create savant-intellectuals.
                1. pick subject
                2. expose subject to child
                3. induce specialization
                4. profit

weed inhibits aromatase function. If you're a male it prevents androgen from turning Testosterone into Estrogen and therefore Estrogen receptors in your brain go unsatisfied. Your brain cells undergo premature PCD, which is one of the reasons for the link between early onset schizophrenia and weed.
